The first days
After being welcomed at the office by our HR and Admin team, you’ll be given an employee guide detailing our policies, our values, and company culture.
Starting a new job can sometimes be intimidating. Depending on your role and experience, you’ll be shadowing your colleagues to learn from the best. Several training options will also be available on-demand or in group sessions.
After a few months, you’ll meet with your manager to talk about your progression and goals at Projexia and make sure everything is set to optimize your career path.
Appreciation for contribution
Every 6 months, every employee meets with their manager to talk about their yearly objectives, their career goals, and the training they might need to keep learning. It’s the best time to talk about your professional goals, as we want to make sure you have the necessary tools to meet your ambitions.
Developing your skills
Throughout the year, you’ll have the opportunity to improve or learn new skills, whether it’s through training or mentoring initiatives. Your manager or HR will always be there to talk about it when you need it.
