2022 begins with important changes for Projexia, a Talan company.
Back in 2019, Projexia joined PasàPas, a French leader in SAP solutions.
In 2021, PasàPas, including Projexia, became part of Talan, a leading innovation consulting and technology transformation company of 4000 employees spread across Europe, North America and North Africa. Today, we are proud to announce that Talan grows bigger by acquiring the Canadian company Createch. The acquisition will be fully effective by the end of Q1 2022.
This is a tremendous opportunity for Projexia, our customers and business partners. With this acquisition, that will imply the merge of Projexia and Createch activities, our customers will get:
- The confirmation of Projexia’s leading activity on SAP Business ByDesign for which the Projexia brand will be continued;
- The consolidation of Projexia and Createch expertise on SAP ECC and S/4HANA with easier access to a larger number of professionals;
- The access to offers that Createch will add to Projexia portfolio, such as Industrial performance, Enterprise Asset Management or customer experience.
The new entity will be strong of 350+ professionals in Quebec and Ontario. Both Projexia and Createch existing senior leadership will remain part of the new endeavour, ensuring continuity of services for our customers.
The continuation of a great adventure
Projexia is pleased to welcome Createch in the Talan family. Because Createch’s offering and location, this acquisition is at the heart of Talan’s international development strategy, aiming to reach 10,000 consultants by 2025, a third of whom will be in America.
